Silent Spa Session -2 Hour Community spa

Service Description

This public silent session includes two hours of sauna, cold plunge, soaking hot tub, and time/space for silent meditation. Each sauna (wood-burning and electric) fits 4-12 customers, and the hot tub can accommodate 6 as well. When capacity reaches 9 customers, the second sauna will be turned on. Consider booking a semi-private or the entire property for a private event. If you're new to the sauna experience we will explain the sauna bathing process and make sure you feel comfortable. If you're an expert at this practice but new to Connect Wellness we will give you a quick tour on your first day and go over the rules. Once you've had an intro tour the spa is a self-check in process with the staff on duty. Can't wait to see you!
