Whole Property Rental

Service Description

A whole-property rental includes just that—the whole main spa area for a 2-hour session for up to 20 guests! Celebrate a birthday, special life event, family reunion, wellness retreat, or work retreat.   The Whole Property includes 2 wood-fired saunas, 1 electric barrel sauna, 2 warm showers, 2 cold showers, 2 changing/lounge areas, 2 refrigerated cold plunge tubs, 3 cold tubs, 1 eight-person hot soaking tub, various outdoor lounge areas, and the Yurt, which offers a covered space out of the outdoor elements and provides a great meeting space. If you have more than 20 guests, no problem. For an additional cost, we can add the small private spa, which accommodates up to 5 more guests for a total of 25! Not all your guests want to spa, but you absolutely love our space? Reach out to us directly and we can work out the perfect plan for your event! We have a 3-week lead time on Whole Property rental reservations. If your event is sooner than 3 weeks out, please contact us directly, and we will see what we can do! Pricing for Whole Property rentals: Mon-Friday before 6 PM: $525 Weekend and Evening (after 6 PM): $600 Adding the Small Private spa: Mon-Friday before 6 PM: $175 additional Weekend and Evening (after 6 PM): $240 additional Due to parking limitations, we ask that your guests carpool if possible. We have parking for a Maximum of 20 cars.
